How much does it cost?
AI Business is $299 a month with no setup fee, including 300 texts and 300 chatbot conversations a month. Extra use is billed monthly in arrears at $0.20 per text and $0.30 per chat conversation. Prices are in AUD and no GST is charged because Novi Digital isn't registered for GST.
Do I need a new website?
The chatbot runs on your website. If you don't have one, or yours needs work, Novi Websites ($150 a month) can be added.
What does the chatbot say?
It answers from your business details, captures the visitor's name and contact details and what they need, and can offer a booking time. You can see every conversation in your dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with no lock-in.
