How much does a Novi website cost?
$150 a month with no setup fee. Hosting, SSL, security and backups, performance monitoring, minor content updates and technical support are included. Prices are in AUD and no GST is charged because Novi Digital isn't registered for GST.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Then your website is taken down, unless you buy a handover for $450. The Terms have the detail.
Who owns the website?
Novi Digital owns the website design, code and platform. You pay $150 a month to use the site, and we host, maintain and support it. You keep your logo, brand assets, photos and written content you give us, and your domain name stays registered in your name. If you cancel, the site is taken down at the end of the month you have paid for. See section 11 of the Terms.
Can I take my website with me?
Yes. Ask for a handover before you cancel. It is a one-off fee of $450, and we send you your website files within 10 business days of payment. It does not include our platform, software, templates or automations, or features that depend on them, like the chatbot, bookings and CRM connections. Your business data is exported free on request.
How big can the website be?
Up to about 10 pages, with contact and quote forms, booking integration, a Google Map, basic SEO and analytics.
Do you only work on the Gold Coast?
Novi Digital is based on the Gold Coast and focuses on businesses across South East Queensland, including Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
