How much does AI Pro cost?
$999 a month with no setup fee. It includes 1,000 texts and 1,000 chatbot conversations each month. Anything over your monthly allowance is billed monthly in arrears: $0.80 per call minute, $0.20 per text and $0.30 per chat conversation. Allowances reset each month and don't roll over, and we aim to tell you at around 80% so there are no surprises. Prices are in AUD and no GST is charged because Novi Digital isn't registered for GST.
How is it different from AI Business?
AI Pro adds advanced lead qualification, multiple automated workflows, missed-lead and quote follow-ups, customer reactivation, advanced CRM and reporting, multiple integrations and priority support.
Are the follow-up texts compliant with the Spam Act?
Marketing messages include a way to opt out, and a customer who replies STOP is not texted again. Marketing and reminder messages are sent between 8am and 8pm, and reactivation messages are limited to one per customer every 180 days.
Can I cancel?
