Your website is a hosted service: we own the design and code, and you keep your logo, photos, written content and domain name. If you cancel, the site is taken down at the end of the month you have paid for, unless you buy a one-off handover for $450 and take a copy of the files (see our Terms).

How much does a clinic website cost?
Novi Websites is $150 a month with no setup fee. Hosting, SSL, security and backups, performance monitoring, minor content updates and technical support are included. Prices are in AUD and no GST is charged because Novi Digital isn't registered for GST.
Can patients book online?
Booking integration is included, so your booking tool or calendar can connect to the site. We confirm what works for your clinic on a discovery call.
Who is responsible for the claims on the website?
You are. We build around your approved wording, but a clinic needs to make sure its content follows the advertising rules for its profession (for example the Ahpra guidelines for registered health practitioners). We don't give clinical or legal advice.
Should a clinic collect health details in a website form?
A simple enquiry form is best kept to a name, contact details and preferred time, not clinical history. We can set up the forms that way.
Who owns the website?
Novi Digital owns the website design, code and platform. You pay $150 a month to use the site, and we host, maintain and support it. You keep your logo, brand assets, photos and written content you give us, and your domain name stays registered in your name. If you cancel, the site is taken down at the end of the month you have paid for, unless you buy a handover for $450 to take a copy of the files. See section 11 of the Terms.
